I love my dogs, they are so stinkin' cute. Dakota is five and still very spunky! Then there is almost two year old Tucker. He just wants to do whatever his big sister does, which usually seems annoying to Dakota. I hear that during the day, they are very loving and sweet with each other. They find a sunny spot and curl up with each other. Sounds so sweet, doesn't it?
But then I walk in the door and Tucker is nipping at my coat or sweater as if to say, "Look at me Mommy!" As soon as I sit down Dakota is trying to hug my neck to show me love. Quickly they turn their efforts into being the loudest dogs possible. One will bring me a toy to throw and the other will fetch it. This only creates a cycle of louder growls. Then they start to wrestle with each other and progressively get louder and louder. After they wear themselves out, they finally find a comfy spot near me. Despite their craziness, I love when they cuddle up next to me and then my day is complete.
